Prices at StubHub sometimes beat the competition, but some customers have complained that they received tickets the day before the event, even when the tickets were ordered well in advance. Delivery so close to the event date does not leave sufficient time to resolve any issues with the tickets. StubHub guarantees "you will get your tickets in time for the event".
