RazorGator clearly lists a 10% "connection fee" (mark-up) on tickets, assessed based on market price for the tickets. No low price guarantee. RazorGator has partnerships with several major sports teams, and RazorGator Interactive Group is the Official Hospitality Partner for the Rose Bowl Game.     StubHub is an online marketplace that connects ticket buyers and sellers. Prices at StubHub sometimes beat the competition, but some customers have complained that they received tickets the day before the event, even when the tickets were ordered well in advance. Delivery so close to the event date does not leave sufficient time to resolve any issues with the tickets. StubHub guarantees "you will get your tickets in time for the event". A member of the BBB OnLine Reliability Program, but with no BBB rating.

We could not locate policies, delivery charges, and basic company information on the website. BBB Accredited with a Satisfactory rating.
